"The house was exactly as advertised. We all were comfortable and had plenty of space. We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. We had questions about the river and the owner promptly texted back within minuntes. This was great for our group of adults and would have been wonderful if we had kids along. "Beautiful property for a mini vacay. Fun stuff for all ages. Very enjoyable and tranquil to go kayaking on the river. We saw manatees in the spring, which was the highlight for me, especially this time of year when there are a lot less in the area. Amazing experience to watch them swimming next to our kayaks. Good communication and contact with the property owner."

"We very much enjoyed the location, cleanliness and comfort of the home. We enjoyed exploring rainbow river. We walked down and went tubing from KP hole park. It was very convenient. Very close to the state park and very close to everything you need in town. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for kids. The home itself has everything you need and beds were very comfortable. "We planned to snorkel at Rainbow Springs (25 min away) and Crystal River with the springs there. Great spot! We used Kacey Kayak rentals close by for Crystal River - they were great and used a small place on the side of the road for Rainbow - close to the park. Amazing amazing area just wow! Mom, dad & 2 of our boys were with us & we brought our dogs too. The owner communicated quickly, very quickly! Which is pretty great. It was a nice place!"

"Joseph’s property truly couldn’t have been better! It exceeded our expectations and we happily utilized so much he had available. We BBQed one night, kayaked twice, I took morning walks with my coffee to King’s Bay Park, and we loved using the bikes as a family to get around. Clean, great shower and nice hot water and great water pressure with plenty of room in house and on screened porches to sit around and chat. Beds were comfy.
