"Unfortunately this Hotel could be nice but if the facility had operative items. Hotel is very dated and had a smoky smell in hall ways. Elevators were broke. This was very bad for my elderly parents to do stairs. Tv remotes were not working in rooms. New staff unaware how to help the with TVs."
