"The room was clean, bed was comfortable, only concern was the bath tub, it was very slick while showering and getting out of a tub bath. The breakfast had excellent choices to select from, the hosts greeted everyone and directed guests to the different areas of food. She had great greeting skills for everyone who spoke to her."

"Staff was great and room was clean. It’s an older motel and on one side where rooms are located you have to park on the opposite side and carry your luggage around or walk around. Depending on how much luggage you have is the only drawback. Also there’s no bathtubs in any of the rooms if you have any little ones."

"Housekeeping slammed doors starting at 8 am , room very noise with outside traffic motorcycles loud, hard to sleep, pool area has roaches, room had dirty wash clothes from previous guest, the box of tissue almost empty and was not replace on the second day. Bed was comfortable however the outside noise made it difficult to sleep."

"We came to go to Rockport Beach. We had never stayed there before really enjoyed our stay very convenient because anything you need is nearby such as Walmart and H-E-B and the beach. Also, the pool is kept very nice and clean friendly staff."

"Staff was very nice and friendly. Had a convenient place right next to my room to park my boat and truck. This place is quiet, safe, a block from the beach and minutes from multiple boat ramps. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. The price was excellent. Highly recommend. "

The pics looked great, but when we arrived it was obvious there was a problem with that motel and after two day of misery, we were finally able to leave there. I found the Plantation Suites by accident and we were able to stay here for our last night. What a difference. We went from a 5 star dumpster fire to an outstanding facility. Extremely clean, extremely well maintained. My granddaughters loved the pool and my better half fell in...
