Lejlighedshoteller i Indre del af Kroatien

"Godt hotel i en fantastisk lokation midt i byen. To dårlige egenskaber er 1) parkering (og GPS vejledning), hvis du kommer i bil og 2) aircondition i værelset (rum 602) var sindssygt varmt og vi kunne ikke justere dette. Vi nævnte det også på dag 1 til receptionen, men de kunne ikke fikse da det er et strukturelt problem med værelset "

"Det var ikke ekstraudgiften værd at vælge dette hotel. Det fremstod i høj grad slidt og med en vandskade der betød dryppende vand midt om natten gjorde det heller ikke noget godt for nattesøvnen. Der var heller ikke megen fleksibilitet og at man så er uheldig at være på hotellet på samme tidspunkt som en konference der åbenbart krævede høj sikkerhed, var fremkommeligheden heller ikke ligefrem nem"

"I can’t understand how a hotel can get 4 stars when I can’t even get a cup of coffee or a glass of water outside of reception hours. The room is new and modern, but I had a terrible night’s sleep because I couldn’t get a glass of water. The only option was tap water, which smelled like chlorine. I’m staying at a so-called 4-star hotel, Hotel Royal, near Zagreb Airport, but there’s nothing royal about it. I don’t care about the many amenities in the room; they don’t quench my thirst. There’s a refrigerator that hums loudly all night, but it’s empty. How can they get a 4-star rating with such poor basic service? I just don’t get it. I’m extremely thirsty, and it’s only 5 am, so I’m forced to drink some chlorinated tap water."

"We stayed in a family room at it was big and both the bed and the sofa bed for the kids was comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk from the old town. Breakfast was served in the room, and you had to choose between 3 menus and what time you wish to eat. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. We had a family room with at small kitchen and a high table you could eat at. But there was only 3 chairs, and they was unable to help us with an extra chair. That meant that one of us would need to eat breakfast standing up, which wasn’t a great was to start the day."
