"This property is very convenient to the airport. That being said if you are sensitive to sounds you might want to have a sound machine app at night. We used one and didn’t hear any flights. We loved the mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner was incredibly responsive. I couldn’t get the coffee pot to work properly and there was a new coffee pot outside the door when we got back. The bed was comfortable. We so appreciated having access to a washer and dryer."

"What a great place to stay! Well located with easy access to anything you want in town. Check in and check out was smooth! Property owner very nice and friendly….thanks for a great stay!!"

"Pretty view, very comfortable!"

"Let me begin this review by noting that I have been coming up to work, and visit my Alaskan family, since 1989. I have been blessed to stay in both the most rustic, early 20th century homestead cabins as well as luxury vacation rentals from the capital Juneau, out on Kodiak island, in beautiful Homer and Seward, in vibrant Anchorage, to the rustic majesty of Denali/Healy all the way up here to Fairbanks. What I really like about this property is that it falls somewhere in the middle. Although...

"Great property and great host."

"Nice place off the beaten path. But close to Fairbanks. Has all you need, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer."

"The host is friendly and accommodating. The apartment is perfect for extended stays and is set up with nice amenities "

"Good communication, very quiet location, well appointed and clean. "

"Spacious. If you’re just passing by you can actually sleep 8 or nine people. Couch is huge. If you’re staying for a while you can still be very comfortable at 8 people . Easy access right off the high way. All the appliances you may need and did I mention their couch is huge and soft. Definitely adding to my list of favorites when I’m out here again for work. Pretty good size parking area. Games puzzle"

"After one of the most frustrating 2 travel days we have ever had, this place was a breath of fresh air. What was supposed to be a 12 hr travel day turned into a 36 hour “adventure” which meant we missed our entire first day in Fairbanks. The owners were very responsive and even credited us back a portion of our fees. The place is cute as a button and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Alaska!"

"A very small room plus kitchenette and was perfect for one person. I was there 6 days and it was ideal for my needs. Exceptionally quiet and private. It will stay there again when I’m in the area for work."

"Very clean and neat. "

"Good communication, good location, cozy for my small family "
