With private parking located around back you are only a short drive to everything. If you prefer to walk or bike the Monon trail is only about a block away. Ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft pick up within minutes!

Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
