House Character & Notes
Our home was originally built in 1910 and, while fully updated, still carries historic charm. Floors may creak, and plumbing can be more sensitive than in new builds. The unfinished basement contains the home’s utility systems and is not guest-accessible. In the rare event of a power outage or sump pump alarm, please contact us right away.

Pet-Friendly
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (100 lbs max each). Pet towels and bowls are provided. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture and be crated if left alone.
