Downtown Loft for 11 - Shuffleboard & Parking

Summary:
Stay in an 1,800-square-foot loft in a remodeled 100-year-old downtown Indy building, with exposed brick, timber beams and a full-size shuffleboard table. Four bedrooms: a king with its own bathroom, a two-queen room, a queen with its own bathroom and a ladder-access sleeping loft. Walk 3 minutes to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Convention Center. Complimentary coffee and one free garage parking pass are included.

The Space:
Step into a century-old building, fully remodeled, with exposed brick, timber beams and tall windows.

The open main area has a long dining table next to a full-size shuffleboard table, and a living room with leather seating and a TV. The kitchen has a long island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and complimentary coffee.

The king bedroom has its own bathroom, and so does the queen bedroom. The two-queen bedroom has no bathroom of its own, so guests in that room and in the loft walk through one of the other two bedrooms to reach a bathroom. The bedroom walls stop short of the ceiling, loft style.

A captain's ladder inside the queen bedroom leads up to the sleeping loft, which overlooks the living room. It has a queen mattress on the floor, blackout curtains and a ceiling height of about 6 ft.

A washer and dryer are in the laundry room. The beds sleep 10; one more guest can sleep on the living room couch.

The Neighborhood:
Step out into downtown Indianapolis for game-night crowds, restaurants and an easy walk back after a concert. Gainbridge Fieldhouse and the Indiana Convention Center are nearby, while Lucas Oil Stadium and Monument Circle are also within walking distance. Commission Row offers a nearby dinner option, and the surrounding downtown blocks mix casual food, bars and places to stop for coffee.

For a change of pace, explore the trails and museums around White River State Park, approximately 1 mile away and roughly 5–10 minutes by car. Downtown also offers shopping, public art and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Driving distances and times are approximate and vary with your route, traffic and events.

This is a lively downtown setting: nightlife and event activity can be audible, especially in the evening and on weekends.

Getting Around:
Walking is a convenient way to reach nearby stadiums, the Convention Center, restaurants and downtown attractions. For destinations farther afield, use a taxi or rideshare, or bring a car. One free Union Station garage parking pass is included for one vehicle, one block south of the building. Pick up the card inside the condo before entering the garage. Additional parking is available for purchase, subject to availability and event pricing.

Other Things to Note:
PROPERTY NOTES
Both bathrooms are ensuite: one in the king bedroom and one in the queen bedroom, so guests in the two-queen bedroom and the loft walk through one of those bedrooms to reach a bathroom. The bedroom walls do not reach the ceiling (loft style). The sleeping loft is reached by a captain's ladder in the queen bedroom, has a queen mattress on the floor and a ceiling height of about 6 ft. Downtown nightlife and event noise may be audible, especially Thursday through Saturday.

PLEASE PROVIDE AN AFFIRMATIVE RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING:
While we allow up to 11 guests, the beds sleep 10: a king bed, three queen beds and a queen mattress on the floor of the loft. It is up to the group to decide whether one guest sleeps on the living room couch. Please review the layout and photos carefully and feel free to ask us any questions.
• No bookings for guest under the age of 25
• Underage teenagers trying to throw a party is not allowed. I will show up with the police and press charges.
• NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok.
• NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises.
• All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone.
• Pets are not allowed.
• A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Stuff happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity.
• You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2. If you would like more just confirm first.
• Unless receiving prior approval, check-in , and check-out must be followed for cleaning, maintenance, and other bookings. ($100/hour fine)

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Leave used beds unmade. If you strip them, leave the sheets on the mattress or in a laundry basket.
2. Placing used dishes in the dishwasher and starting it is greatly appreciated.
3. Gather your trash
4. Remove leftover food from the refrigerator. Unopened food and drinks may be left for the cleaning team.
5. Starting a load of used towels is appreciated but totally optional.
6. Please let us know if you check out early so we can coordinate with our cleaning team, it's much appreciated!
7. After exiting the parking garage, please return the parking card to the condo.
