"The property itself was nice and clean and in a convenient location to downtown. However I do have complaints. The owner told me I couldn’t park in the driveway and had to park on the street. But depending on the time of day, street parking could be very limited and I’d have to park further away. Not the end of the world, just slightly inconvenient. Then Friday and Saturday night during my stay, the neighbors were having a loud gathering on their porch late at night and early in the morning...

"This was such an amazing stay! It was clean, well stocked, and it felt so safe!! The bed was comfortable which was so important since we were there for the Charlotte Marathon! The host also went above and beyond making sure there was shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a play pen set up in the closet for our baby, and some touches in the bathroom that I hadn't seen in any other vrbos.The location was also great, only being away 15-20 min from all the spots we wanted to hit...

"I was impressed with this property and I look forward to visiting it again. The only negative, was the front yard was grown up and kind of snaky, but the back yard was well manicured and nice. The hot tub was awesome!!! "
