"The room was very cute and creatively decorated. Staff was very hospitable and accommodated our late check in--even with a treat for our dog! We didn’t visit the pool because we had the pup with us and couldn't leave her in the room, but it looked very well maintained. Great booking!"

"The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "

You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! "We go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??"

Der var gå afstand til byen, hvilket var rart at vi ikke skulle ud at køre hele tiden-og Santa Fe er en super hyggelig by.
Desværre var der kun en indendørs pool der var rimelig kold, og ikke helt så lækker som vi havde forventet ud fra billederne, og jacuzzien var blevet fjernet inden vi kom - det havde vi ellers set frem til...
