This was nothing but a horrible experience. I arrived at approximately 3:30 pm to check in. I had called earlier to check that an early check in was possible. When I walked in to the front lobby. The phone was ringing andthe desk clerk had his head down on the desk. Thinking that the ringing phone would wakehim up, I waited. When that didn't happen, I started saying "hello " and "excuse me ". Did not wake up. I walked around to see if anyone else was around that could help me. No luck. Went back to the front desk and again saying hello and excuse me, just a lot lowder now. I finally had to physically shake his arm to wake him up. When he sat up. He acted like nothing was wrong. Fumbled with checking me in. Assumed he needed a credit card for incidentals. Did not. Generated a code a showed me to my room. On Monday night i returned back to my room and not able to get in with my code. Had to call the late night phone number to be able to get in. Jay answered and was able to help me immediately. Now the worst part. On Tuesday morning, I was getting ready to take a shower before I needed to pack up and check out before 11 am. I heard one knock at the front door. Was going to walk to the closet in the front room and grab a robe and then answer the door. When I came out of the bathroom. The front door was wide open and the housekeeper was standing there. I was not clothed. I immediately called the front desk and asked for the manager. Jay did come in to speak with me.
