Rooms disinfected and professionally cleaned. Pool maintained at balmy 86 degrees. Beach chairs (2 in unit), additional available upon request. Shared washer and dryer conveniently located in building next to pool--accepts coins or credit card. Weekly and Monthly rate discounts visible once dates are entered.
Guest access
Guests have direct access to the beach, a heated pool, laundry room, beach chairs (in storage room closest to pool), parking spot in front of condo entrance, extra parking.
Other things to note
5 night minimum stay April through December. Minimum 7-night stay January through March and during special events. Washer and dryer on premises, accepts quarters or credit card. Please use provided laundry detergent (high efficiency machines). Personal wifi access code is located inside condo.
Please note there is no hot tub. Tried to remove it. Not sure why it's still showing on listing.
