    In Imperia Porto Maurizio, just 200 meters from the sandy beaches of Borgo Marina and a short walk from the new tourist marina, fully renovated three-room apartment on the third floor (no lift), ideal capacity for a family up to 4 people. Inside it offers a living room with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, connecting small bedroom with bunk bed, and bathroom with shower (no bidet). Simply but carefully furnished, air-conditioned, designed for those who want to live the sea without worries.
    The equipment that really matters on holiday: air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, washing machine.

    The position is a real value: supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, cafés, typical restaurants and nightlife are all around you… and the promenade is right in front. No car needed: the public parking is about 250 meters away, then you enter the heart of summer… on foot.

    Just 100m away, with easy access to the “Riviera dei Fiori” cycle path, a cycle and pedestrian route stretching between the municipalities of Andora and Ospedaletti for approximately 45 km, featuring an easy, flat route with beautiful sea views.
