"The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized."

"Great location for walking anywhere in town, including river walk. Fun to have all the brewpubs and maritime museum within about 3 blocks. Host was attentive and friendly. "

"The place was amazing. It was so close to down town Seaside. It was clean and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and the other ammenities. We would totally stay there again."

"We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely home. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed. The house was clean and well organized. The house is within walking distance of the beach and downtown. We would stay here again. "

""Wow!" is what was said by the brother that didn't stay with us last year; the rest of us agreed it was as wonderful this year as the last. Clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen had all we needed to make a couple meals, along with dog bowls and towels for our pup. Of course, the shuffleboard and gaming console added to our fun! "

"Second time at this location and all of the family members were impressed (4 brothers and 3 wives). The updated (since first visit) two main bedrooms was very impressive and made stay even more enjoyable. The location works well for visiting nearby cities and provides an enjoyable stay at the beach. Yes, we did see elk and will plan to return again."

"Everything was wonderful, including the hostess. "

"First time staying at Frannie’s Beachfront house for our family. The house was perfect! It was a short walk to the beach, close to the shops and restaurants. The only bad thing about our stay was the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived.The table was dirty and the drawer for the utensils was really dirty but it was not a big deal. I would suggest a deep cleaning in the kitchen. The property management Vacasa offered to send someone to clean it but I had already done it myself. It was so...
