"I stayed 7 nights at hotel Hills with my family. Check in was very disappointing. They offer nothing to drink at the reception like other five stars hotels. They will keep your passport for one hour which I couldn’t understand why. No one explained. Reception was also very tiny and crowded. "Tja sku ha været hentet, men det ku man ikk pga flyforsinkelse. Og vi havde dog talt i telefon om ankomsten. Værelse med enten altan eller terresse exersiterede ikke. Så fik først en krog, siden ved anmærkning dog et værelse med et lille blik til haven. Morgenmaden religions venlig, tør og kedelig. Sidste dag en meget høflig og venlig mand ved skranken. Her opdagede så at prisen ikk var som aftalt. Og blev ikk reguleret. Chaufføren til lufthavnen havde mere travlt med at ryge end at få os i...

"The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. "
