"The bed is basic and the staff not friendly. Not customer oriented. The towels in the bathroom have aged. I was more disappointed than anything else. I generally trust the overall rating before visiting a place but I made a mistake on this one."
"Very poor service; had to wait 12 hours for technician to repair aircondition (it took him 5 minutes to repair!), waited an hour on room service order and when it came it was the wrong food, almost missed my airport check-in due to missing reservation of airport shuttle, even though I followed up 3 times. The WiFi in the room was very unstable. I know that it is a French speaking country, but the presence of English speaking staff was almost non-existing, bad service at a hotel in my opinion....
