"Really enjoyed our stay. House was good, but the pool was what made it, all to ourselves, warm water, lovely view. Both our VRBO contact and the person who lived downstairs were both really helpful but not at all obtrusive on our holiday. Porto heli is nice. We should probably have hired a car to explore more but taxis were easy and not too expensive. Spetses was lovely to visit by water taxi."

"It is Hydra, and there are some steps to be climbed to get to it either on foot or by donkey, but our kind host Theodora has a gem of a property at which to stay close to town. It is very neat and clean, with a little inner courtyard for eating dinner and visiting with friends, and a roof top area that can be climbed via a narrow stair case with great views of the surrounding neighborhood and Hydra Town. (This was a really nice feature) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend...

"We had a great stay on Hydra, Greece. This accommodation was just right for our family - a very comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The island of Hydra is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The owner of the property was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early (before check-in time) and she allowed us to leave all of our luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning."

"Very good value for money! Only problem we did not have warm water… not a huge problem in July in Greece but needs fixing. Also the beach next door is not nice. But overall kids loved it and it is well situated ."

"We stayed for 8 nights and all was great. Not perfect, but great! Location, view, space; all very good. Maybe one point to improve would be the confort of the mattress which are too firm for our tasting. Otherwise, great stay."

"We had a wonderful week. It is a beautiful large apartment, with three big bedrooms and a living room... and I don't know how many balconies. The view is fantastic. there is also access to the pool which you share with two other apartments (which means you basically have it for yourself). Beautiful solitary beaches all around! Great and helpsone host. Highly recommended"

"it's a great place, lots of room, big pool and a tennis court. 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach. you must have a car. very clean and well equipped. too bad there were fire alerts so we couldn't use the outdoor BBQ & pizza over."

"It is everything listed! The only issue may be how steep the stairs are, but this is not unusual on Hydra or in Greece for that matter. Things are built upward, not outward so there are usually steep stairs at hotels and even restaurants. I only mention it if you have older or weaker members, they may not be able to use the upstairs. My wife and I had no problems though and we're well over 50! Rania is very easy to work with and attentive! Definitely a great place to stay!"

"This stay is one to book. The owners are amazing and meet you at the ferry, help with luggage, everything on the island is on foot. No cars or scooters. Yeah We had the most peaceful and cleanest apartments we have ever been This is a diamond. "

"Not recommended for someone who is not up to the climb, the hotel, situated some distance up from the harbor, was wonderful for us. The location made the stay quieter, and the view lovelier. Mule transport (15 euros each way) made getting luggage in and out reasonably painless. The rooms were beautiful. We are not given to relaxing in hotel rooms much, but the wonderful ambience made us very happy to hang out there. The breakfast was great and the staff vary helpful."

"There was nothing to dislike. The apartment was clean & the kitchen well stocked . It was nicely furnished & we really enjoyed the old pieces of furniture. The owner was very friendly & helpful. He also met us at the ferry & lead us to the apartment which we probably never would have found on our own. We were greeted each morning with freshly baked buns which was a real treat!"
