There is no valet parking, we were driving across with family 3 states and had luggage. No assistnace were given to get luggage from basement to ground floor. Same happened while check out. I had specifally opted for twin beds, which were changed at the time of check in and given queen size bedroom. The bed was small to fit in 3 people. experince was not good at all

Great staff, walkable to IKEA.
Clean & up to date. Friendly, thoughtful, excellent staff. Rooms a little small, but sufficient for a short stay. Location was great for a 15-minute walk to IKEA, which is why we chose Ibis. Small TV, but didn't use it. Breakfast was good; not expansive, but fresh, good quality and enough range of options.

IBIS hotel in itself is a great place to stay. Staff are very courteous, very helpful and reasonably accomadating. The surroundings though are very noisy, which the property itself have no control on, its the nature of the location and common occurence across a busy city. But overall will still recommend this property since the same sort of problem beyond their control can happen a/c other propertiesntoo.

Perfect place to stay if visiting HiTech City. The property is showing its age - and there is a funky smell around the corridors. But that is also the case with most unairconditioned areas or hotels that allow smoking in humid areas. Service and staff was effective. Amenities were adequate.

Excellent service as always
Ibis is my go to hotel. Little pricey (definitely worth the service). But the staff are extremely professional, courteous and very understanding. I would rate their service (both at reception and the house keeping) as outstanding.

Average hotel, quality going down
Parking in basement is not good, policy of not giving access to B2 is beyond logic. I had to ask every time some one at front desk, they will come and unlock in the elevator , if they are busy you have to wait, totally unnecessary. restaurant is not clean, lot of dirt. I stayed twice, each time min 3 days, both rooms had issues, some times door won't unlock shower floor drain had issues, water won't drain. door handle loose etc., the only positive thing about this hotel is - food , good quality food, prompt service.

We have enjoyed Beautiful mornings in this place. A good day starts with good mornings. Breakfast buffet was awesome with good approachable staff. Rest of the day passes a quietly as possible with no hassles.I would recommend others to stay here.

The service is terrible for the price you pay. I literally had to carry the plates upstairs’ and the air conditioning is terrible. The mattresses slides out of the bed even when you move little.
