"We enjoyed this property for our 2 night stay. The rental unit looks brand new and is furnished very well. It was probably the largest and nicest rental units we stayed in for our entire two week trip. It was nice to have the space! The only downside to this property is that it was out in the country, away from everything. So grab what you need before retiring for the evening. We were slightly disappointed that our cabin rental was in the middle of the other rentals, so we really didn’t have a...

"Excellent location for access to the Golden Circle and the south shore of Iceland. Beautiful full kitchen. 15min drive to Selfoss for excellent dinning. This cottage was an excellent find. "

"Dejlig nybygget hytte med alle de nødvendige faciliteter. Hytten er beliggende i skønne omgivelser, med udsigt over marker og vand direkte fra sengene. Er et perfekt base til at opleve alle de fantastiske seværdigheder der er i det sydvestlige island."

"Beautiful setting; great location for visiting southern coastline attractions. Remarkably well stocked kitchen with spices, paper products, cleaning supplies, glassware, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, etc. Beautiful deck, nice hot tub. Served our family of 12 well. Only shortcomings were lack of space to store food. We were 6 kids and 6 adults -- therefore we did most of our cooking at the house to be cost effective. We arrived with lots and lots of groceries and no place to store them...

"This place was so cute! Woke up in the morning to open the blinds with horses outside my window. Be sure to call to get the code for the lock box that your key is in. We showed up when it was dark. I was not completely sure which cottage was mine, but figured it out because it was the only one with the lights out. My other tip would be to pack a towel if you plan on staying here."

"If you like being out of the way Afternoon Cottages is a great jumping off point for adventuring. It is well equipped and very clean. It has a great price point and very basic. It worked great for us because it was simply a place to cook dinner and sleep. You have access to all the necessities about 25 minutes away in Hella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Very nice little cabin about 30 minutes north of Hella. Well appointed for a studio. The weather was wicked but it was cozy inside! Plenty of information provided. No issues! I would return!"

"Sleeping in a bubble was a great experience! The kids loved it and we each took turns using the bubble rooms. There were two available for us, so it was really nice. Also saw the northern lights from their property, awesome experience."

"Very nice cottage. Comfortable with all desired amenities. Great place to get away and feel closer to the surroundings. Only caution is on warm days, the cottage has no AC and can get very warm."
