"This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

"The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

"Property has a lot of construction so elevators didn't work so we had to go up 3 flights of steps , no fire alarms in the building , patching wood everywhere, electrical cords across the roof in hallway , midnight rat screams"

"Renovation was going on so there was furniture and supplies all over the property even in the walk way to the beach. Chairs were always stacked on top of tables in lobby. No breakfast was served only a pitcher of water. Manager was always sitting at one of the tables speaking with the employees and sometimes in not so friendly manner. I believe business should be discussed in a office area not in the open where guest can hear."

"We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!"
