"Everything was great. The room was a little small and had no closet and only a couple drawers to put personal items in but overall was good. A couple times the grotto pool was dirty and had unidentified things floating in it and garbage on the bottom of the pool. The cabana pool was awesome and water was warm. The beach area was pretty clean and easy accessible. There were many things to entertain both kids and adults. Food was excellent!"

"The room was clean, fresh and quiet. The view from the lobby area was open to the pool and the Gulf water. The food was good for the breakfast buffet and I ordered lunch Unfortunately the hot water was out the last two days of our stay. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would stay again. "

"We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. Not sure if that was an Expedia problem or if I did something wrong with the reservation. I'll just remember for the next trip. Otherwise, a super experience."

"It was easy to check in and easy to check out. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast offerings were tasty and the right temperature for the item. Plenty of seating. Pool was outdoor which was a plus. A vendor was trimming the palms and wanted cars to move out of their way but they didn’t clean up the cuttings as they went so left little available parking. The only thing that was a slight issue was that our room smelled musty and felt humid, even with the AC turned on high."

"Super easy check in. My room was ready so I was able to check in a little bit early. There is a snack corner right by the front desk with several drink and snack options. It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. The room was super clean and and housekeeping came everyday. All in all great stay! "
