The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. "Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Easy check in process. The perfect stay for families. 5 mins away from Target. Slim Chicken is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. 8 minutes away from the Okaloosa Pier. Breakfast was well seasoned and plenty of variety. I loved the Hot Cakes machine. Check out was easy. Definitely coming back!"

"The rooms were pretty clean, but the entrance/hallway had a distinct odor. We forgot some beach towels in closet and the manager called to let us know. On our way back we said we could stop by for them. I called before heading that way and was told they should have the towels. This was not the case they tried to give us a different bag with someone else's things and at the end they didn't even have my towels."

"Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊"

"The resort charged an additional fee to check in early (12:00). They also charged me an additional fee for my daughter. They only give you the number of towels to match your party. They also mentioned charging me for a towel due to makeup residue. I feel they definitely try to add any additional charge possible to your stay once you arrive."

"Check in was easy. The room was clean. I booked this hotel based on a few amenities, the hot tub being the main one. Regrettably the hot tub was broken! My key card stopped working the night before I checked out. Other than that, the property was clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast (mostly the eggs) left alot to be desired. If you need a reasonably priced place to stay for a couple of nights (2 max) this is the place. Anything longer, find an alternative."

"Very clean, loved the private back yard and the hot tub. Very close to the beach and comfortable for my family of 4 and our two dogs! Will stay next time and will recommend to friends and family!"

"Conveniently located to the beaches. Housekeeping was poor there for 3 nights they didn’t do trash or clean room. I had to get towels. When asked the front desk said you have to request cleaning."

"If you can stay somewhere else, do! My room, while "upgraded" to a double king, was not only filthy but also smelled so weird that I had to hand-clean and spray down everything myself multiple times throughout my 10-day stay. There was no dresser for clothing, the refrigerator/freezer was iced over completely (they replaced it), and multiple surfaces contained mold or other stains. The staff was quite often missing wjen needed. All in all, quite awful."
