Super sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne blev gjort rene hver dag og rene håndklæder. Sengetøjet blev også skiftet ret tit. Pga. corona var der ikke meget der var åbnet, så det var lidt kedeligt kun at kunne vælge et spisested, men de var gode til at variere maden.

Roligt og dejligt all-inclusiv hotel
Stort hotel med mulighed for at benytte forskellige facilitetter. God ro selvom der også var småbørnefamilier. Strand/lagune udfor egen lejlighed. Flere forskellige pools til børn og voksne. Gode strand til snorkling. Venligt og smilende personale. Meget kreativt rengøringspersonale. God mad selvom den måske bliver noget ensformig. Wifi som nærmest kun virker før 7 30 og så omkring kl. 16 - 17. Generelt dog en god oplevelse til prisen og de forventninger som vi havde.

It would be ideal if the WIFI structure in the facility and rooms was improved. WIFI in rooms only for an additional fee for 12GB (per week) (probably OK for older people, for the younger generation 12GB is daily use) Not to mention the constant visits from tour/photo/massage/portrait sellers - although I would pay more for not having them on site

I recently stayed at the Arabia Azur Resort with my family, and I'd like to share our experience. This review reflects both the positive aspects of our stay and areas where I believe the resort could improve. Positives: Food Variety and Quality: The meals at Arabia Azur Resort were a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. Scenic Views: The resort boasts fantastic scenic views that added a special charm to our stay. Reasonable Pricing: The pricing was quite reasonable, aligning well with the quality of services and amenities provided. Areas for Improvement: Parking: The parking facility is located at a sister hotel, requiring a 3-5 minute walk. This setup can be inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage or making frequent trips to the vehicle. Hotel Layout: Our initial room placement in separate buildings was not ideal for a family stay. However, the staff were helpful in relocating us to the same building, which was much appreciated. Sound Insulation: The sound insulation could be enhanced, as noises, especially footsteps in corridors, were noticeable at night. Beverage Selection: An expanded complimentary beverage menu would be a welcome addition. Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux avec une chambre qui donnait à la fois sur la plage et la piscine. Immense piscine, parc, plages privées où l'on peut y voir de nombreux poissons. Le personnel est absolument merveilleux. Nous avons été pris en charge, sans rien demander, par le même serveur tout au long de notre séjour, vraiment adorable (salle 2) il nous a même offert des fruits pour notre retour en avion, quelle délicate attention ❤️ J'ai découvert un merveilleux pays, de merveilleuses personnes notamment dans cet hôtel. Ficamos duas noites no resort. Estava frio, fomos em fevereiro e deu para descansar um pouco depois das visitas em luxor. Talvez se fosse calor aproveitariamos mais o lugar. Hotel antigo mas com boas acomodações. A comufa meio repetitiva e o atendimento nos restaurantes fica a desejar .

The property it’s self was beautiful. Sits right on the Red Sea and also has a large pool. We felt safe with the property being gated and lots of security. The rooms were spacious, good shower pressure and the a/c worked great. Incredible view if you have a lagoon view, nice balcony with seating area. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. At one point I considered sleeping on the couch as it was softer. The food was very bland and very little variety. The same thing 4 times out of the week changing up one or two things. Overall we had a great experience but I would not return. I need something with more comfortable bedding and much better food.

We love it! My husband and I spend 4 days here and have a wonderful time! We where giving tips to the employees specifically at the restaurants if not they do not care much about you, is egypt ( everything is about money) and don’t give me wrong, we always tip everywhere but here is important for you to have a better stay. Pay for the room with sea view because i pay for a normal room and they send me to the last room, far far away from everything, the resort is huge, so it took us like 15 min to go from room to the beach or from room to restaurant, so i recommended to pay more for the view and location. The resort is amazing, super clean, the housekeeper where amazing, they did a decoration with the towels and left fruit basket in the room , it was a great and pleasant surprise that make us feel special. We will definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent time , the staff was highly accommodating and friendly. The resort was a dream with the views of the sea and lagoon. The buffet food was not amazing however it was edible , the only recommendation would be to add some more spice. Would recommend to keep pool open after 6pm also.

It was a very good experience, we enjoyed our stay. Good service, fast and friendly staff Great Location and a lot of activities: pool, beach, lagoons, tennis and squash. even it was almost full capacity but you won't feel it because it's a big resort. Furniture and rooms are old and mattress was not good.

Excellent experience , wonderful hotel , beach , pool very nice . Staff were very helpful & provided excellent service . Hitel location is very nice & food is very delicious We really enjoyed our stay & planned to repeat our stay in same hotel in next visits

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Speisen sind gut und solide gekocht und es hat mir täglich eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und die Einrichtung überzeugt. Das Animations Team war unglaublich gut! Die haben sich wirklich ins Zeug gelegt. Leider habe ich an meinem letzten Tag eine Lebensmittelvergiftung aufgelesen Kann ich wirklich empfehlen dieses Hotel

Good place with amazing view to the sea .. very wonderful swimming pool (long for swimmers) The hotel is not small and not large you can walk around and enjoy the view anywhere .. great side walk in meddle of the sea .. the water is very clear .. food is great .. love it ( I visit the place in winter and it was fabulous to me ,,calm for vacation as i want

The reception and the housekeeping are the icon for this property, fast check in and quick room assistance, the animation team program was not that clear when and where when we first check in but was fun when you know where it is, Mr Hani at the reception was a great understanding professional. Pool bar and waitress are not that good or helpful as they choose special customers only to serve while in pool, depends on nationality and they ignore the rest which is totally unprofessional,food is average but different choices, breakfast usually great to start the day with.

Проживали в номере с видом на море, вид на море это сильно сказано, но водоем присутствовал и балкон был приятным. Номер двухкомнатный, вполне комфортный. Бесплатная парковка на территории. Быстрое заселение, ненавязчивое обслуживание. Большая территория отеля, есть где погулять. Выбор блюд на завтрак, обед и ужин был небольшой но голодным не остаться. Подогреваемый бассейн. Самый большой минус отеля это отсутствие Wi-Fi в номерах, интернет есть только в зале на ресепшен и неудовлетворительного качества, можно считать что его нет вовсе. Отель в целом и номер в частности давно требуют ремонта. В номере не работал пульт от кондиционера, вследствие севших батареек. Большие очереди в баре на пляже. Отсутствовали тапочки.

Truly a mediocre resort. Pros: * big pool, nice lagoon and marina, free food and local alcohol Cons: * food and alcohol were truly terrible * front desk staff were rude and didn't speak much English When we arrived, they put us in a twin room even though we had paid for a king. When we asked to be moved, they said "well you can just push the beds together" and didn't offer any apology for messing up our reservation. I paid €30 for a massage and the guy had no idea what he was doing - the only time I really felt anything was when his fingernails were digging into my skin. The whole place is extremely tacky, the staff hate their jobs and it shows.
