Amazing hotel with private beach and snorkling reef. The staff in all areas are outstanding. This hotel is the place to stay in Hurghada. Only thing I woiuld reccomend the hotel is wifi in the room and a better Gym

Fab hotel and staff
Amazing location, with private beach and exelent snorkling, service staf is fantastic all a round.. Food is good, the spagetti guys are great This is 4 stars when its best and they should be considdered near the 5 star.

Arabella is a very nice hotel, they have very clean and good facilities. There are a lot of options for families with children and also young people. The service is fine. The personable are kind and the cleaning is good as well. The food could be much better.

Si je retourne à Hurghada, ce sera ARABELLA et rien d’autre! Hôtel directement sur plage, uniquement des petits bungalow, à l’opposé de l’usine à touristes de la ville. Chambre faite chaque jour. Personnel parfait. Repas changés tous les jours et copieux. Plusieurs restaurants. Plusieurs bars à volonté, alcool glaces etc Vraiment un sans faute.

Another exceptional vacation in Arabella Thanks to all team members starting from bell man, E block house keeping Aref to the front office manager Mr. Bebawy, animation team, all bar men, all chefs. Food was amazing and all varieties. La struttura e ben posizionata in centro cita, personale molto gentile, pulizia eccellente. La cucina molto diversificata e per tutti i gusti , un po’ meno scelta per le persone intolerance al glutine. Un altra pecca che ho trovato e l’internet, funziona solo vicino alla piscina . Se anche queste piccole cose funzionavano avrei dato 5 stelle .

Good hotel for a short break
We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

Le séjour c’est dans l’ensemble bien passé. Néanmoins la nourriture proposée est infecte et de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons donc très souvent mangé dehors. Chaque personne présente attend un pourboire pour le moindre service donné et quand bien même vous donner un pourboire certains ne sont pas contents du montant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Mais la lumière entrait par l’espèce de voûte de la chambre, du coup réveil à 6h par la lumière du jour. Les clients russes et allemands paraissent être leurs préférés, car vous avez beau faire la queue à la réception pour une question on les fera passer quand même avant vous, jusqu’à qu’ils se rendent compte que vous êtes français.

Amazing place. You must stay there. From checkin to checkout outstanding and everything in between. The whole Arbella team is above excellent. I can’t name all to many names. Nicht gefallen:Tücher im Badezimmer werden täglich gewechselt,auch wenn sie nicht am Boden liegen(NICHT UMWELTSCHONEND!)Fire-Show dauerte am Abend nur 30min...Beachshow fand spontan statt und wurde an Pinwand nicht angezeigt.2 Tage früheres Einchecken war telefonisch nicht möglich,wir mussten online 2 Nächte separat buchen.Geschlossenes Buffet war sehr unpraktisch. Gefallen:Futter für Katzen und guter Umgang mit den Tieren(sehr lobenswert,amazing!!!).Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.Essen und Service gut.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und überaus freundliches Personal! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren bequemer als jedes Hotelbett in dem ich je geschlafen habe. Wir können es kaum erwarten zurück zu kommen!

Très bel hôtel, personnel très serviable et accueillant, la restauration est très variée, et surtout très bonne. Les activités proposées sont aussi de très bonne facture et très variées !!! Je conseil très vivement cet établissement !

It was amazing, Starting with reception Mr. M.saad was so welcoming and very helpful and bell man Mohamed was so decent Grill restaurant all the stuff was friendly especially Ragab, loved the animation team food was tasty 😋 All bar men was very nice with us Thanks Arabella team Stayed in E104, 105, 6 February
