"Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car."

"The apartment was perfect for me, walkable to shopping, Sandy Bay, and CBD. Important to me was the proximity to the Hobart Hospital and hospice ward; and the owners’ willingness to accommodate any changes of plan relating to my friend’s illness. It is in a quiet area, easy to self- cater, easy to heat and with a comfortable bed. The chickens and wallabies in the garden were a plus."

"Was a great stay. Close to where our gathering was the only thing missing was a lounge room. It was the bedroom or dining table so if you wanted to relax as a groupIt had to be around the table. We were ok with that. "
