"The hotel was good. The staff were really friendly. The room was spacious and clean. But the real bonus was the bar. Somehow, this hotel bar was like a neighborhood bar. There were regulars and it was like family. Not only the bartender, but everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. Maybe a little too much because I "somehow" got roped into a tic toc challenge! Lots of fun. I look forward to returning sometime in the future. "

"Wonderful property I loved the atrium. The trees provide a calming and relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious. Gadget people there was power outlets with electrical and USB plugs throughout the room. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. There was scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereals and breads. I was most pleased with the self service three minute waffle iron. There is a courtesy airport shuttle which operates every 30 minutes on the hour and half past. Staff was friendly and helpful....

"Me and my daughter stayed one night, the room was very clean spacious. We used the shuttle to take us to the airport which was very convent!!! Definitely will stay again if need"

"This hotel was clean. I had noisy neighbors because it was the holiday weekend so I didn't mind that too much. The free breakfast wasn't my taste...waffles and cereal. No coffee maker in the room. Microwave in the room didn't work. But I was there for a different purpose, so the room worked just fine for me."

"We loved the down to earth atmosphere. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed chatting with Cheryl, the breakfast host. She did an amazing job stocking up on the breakfast items and she gave us ideas of things to do in Detroit. The place was quiet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. "The property was a perfect location to where I needed to be in Detroit but the staff at night was the worst. If you do not prepay your room, regardless if you reserve on here. If someone comes in and pays. They give away your reservations, heard it from the New Managers mouth. I was lucky to still have mine when I arrived. But again, I got lucky. It’s sad my reservation meant nothing, it wasn’t pre-paid. "
