"Being so close to the beach is one reason to book this spot! the pool is beach front and steps away. Overall - we liked the property, one thing we must call out is that we did face alot of roaches, but that's more a propertywide issue vs our own rental. We will definitely stay here again if we had to pick! "

"A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. "We appreciated the beach access and view from the balcony. Just a couple of minor issues keep us from giving a 5 star review. When we arrived Sissy very quickly responded to our call and helped us remove wasps from the balcony. While there, she acknowledged that the sliding glass door was dirty, noting that there had been a heavy rain the day before. Seems like that could have been taken care of before our 4pm checkin. It was messing with our view of the ocean, so we bought some Windex wipes...

"We loved staying here! The property is connected to the beach, has great resort amenities (pool, gym, connected restaurants), has a free shuttle stop right at the entry, and everything you need in the unit (stove/oven, dishwasher, comfortable eating and living area, covered patio). Would definitely stay here again!"

"It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. We were happy to find beach chairs and some extras that made the trip even nicer. The Spa is currently renovating the indoor pool and we never found a fitness center. That is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars for accurate listing. This is not the owner's fault. We loved the easy access to a quiet beach and the wonderful shaded spots at The Spa. My favorite thing about the condo was the wonderful little screened in porch....

"We had a great stay at Kellie and Phil’s condo. The condo was clean, quiet and a perfect size for a couple. Kellie and Phil had great communication before and throughout our stay, making check in and check out seamless. The condo is steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. We had a lot of fun and were able to relax during our stay here. We will definitely be back! "
