"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."

"All staff were friendly and committed to doing a great job. Room was comfortable and clean. Buildings are located in an extensive park-like setting. Guests have free access to indoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and push bikes. Outside fire pits are a nice touch."

The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. "We had such a beautiful stay here and have already recommended it to everyone we know. The spa/pool was a dream and everything was so peaceful. The restaurant was delicious aswell.
The only 2 baby flaws I had was that there was some rubbish by the spa on our first day and it was still there the following morning (it had just blown down a bit). It was only like a wrapper or something plastic but rubbish in general grosses me out. The other was that the big outdoor fireplace wasn’t put on and we...
