"Property in and of itself is clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Pools are nice. Palmas Del Mar, which is the development it's on has a nice courtyard area with 5-6 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a little convenience store. The only downside, juat so you are aware, is the beach. It's effectively unuseable. Sargasso seaweed, direct large waves, rugged. (Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty but if you have kids and the thought is utilizing the beach. It's going to be a challenge."

It can be a little confusing to find and the directions thru the booking are not accurate at all. "We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

"This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...
