"Anteriormente nos habíamos quedado en esta propiedad y siempre la hemos pasado muy bien. Nunca hemos tenido ninguna situación y por eso regresamos. En esta ocasión tuvimos una situación con un personal de seguridad que no fue agradable. Nunca nos habiamos pasado una situación como esa. Sería favorable que al personal de seguridad los adiestraran para ser más amables con los huéspedes que al final del día somos los que sustentamos este negocio. "

"The hours of the pool were great 9 to 10 for one and 9 to 7 for the other. They give you pool towels. They are villas close to Department stores and restaurants. Everyone was friendly. Gated community."

"First and foremost the property was not anything like the pictures provided. The photos showed a crisp new residence, we walked into a well used and abused rental. Not very clean, a lot of hack job maintenance. The beds were pretty bad, very hard, and what’s up with a 32” TV! Thankfully we came to see the sights and activities which were great. The people at the resort were all top notch, that’s why I am giving 4 stars. The amenities were great! The weather and scenery beautiful!"
