"I had an Oceanview room with a small balcony. I loved it. I sat outside and watched the waves and seaplanes coming into the airport. The hotel was directly across the street from the dive operator I went scuba diving with so the location was perfect for me. It was also an easy walk to the ferry terminal which was the meeting point for a snorkeling/sandbar tour I took. I was there 3 nights and will likely stay there again in the future. "

"Not the best location, rooms were clean, room furniture was old - no handles, drawers glued shut. Breakfast was not the best and very cramped, nice helpful staff. Very small balcony with only room for one chair! Driver always there on time for transfers/trips. Area was dirty in places with lots of rubbish around, roads extremely busy in the evening. "

"I liked the elevator to reach my room on the third floor. I also liked being close to the Red Wave supermarket in the area. However, my room was pretty noisy both at night and in the early morning. "Good things. 1. 2-3mins from the beach which was lovely. 2. Staff were nice. 3. Airport shuttle (to and fro) was $20 which was really good. Bad things. 1. Bad Internet service. 2. Food was not nice. Chinese restaurant with no spices and salt. Had to eat in a nearby restaurant with very fine dining. 3. Expedia messed up with communication, so we had originally booked for half board, however, this hotel doesn't offer half board. So glad we did not get half board cos the food was not nice at all...
