"This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property."

"I always read reviews, so I was expecting a much different experience. We were extremely disappointed. The house smelled like old mop water and marijuana. There was a dirty pot soaking in the kitchen sink. The knob to the faucet was broken. There was more than 1 pair of dirty socks in the house. Only one of the beds had a full sheet set. Lastly the patio was filthy. When I reported my problems to the host, he was very polite and responsive. However, we were only staying 2 nights, so the issues...

"Everything about our stay was awesome. The host was so responsive and quick to any question I had before and even one I had during our stay. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated and super comfortable too. The property it was on was perfect for what we wanted which was to feel remote and a beautiful spot. I lived the wide open fields we were surrounded by and the pond right out the back door. We sat out on the deck most of the day really soaking it all in. "
