"Location, Location, Location at a reasonable rate! The checking was easy, the room was comfortable. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast wasn't bad! The downtown is worth checking out for boutiques and restaurants. The Gunk's and Rail/Trail are minutes away. I'm not a fan of rugs in a hotel room though."

"Staff is very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Since it is animal friendly, there are no carpets on the floors. The Continental Breakfast was very nice offering: instant oatmeal, muffins, a variety of breakfast bars, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, & hot chocolate. I would stay there again."

"Great staff from the manager to cleaning staff very Respectfull and friendly. However the place need bigger lobby and better breakfast, need better and bigger laundry room, pool need to be back in service. Other than that best place to stay."

"First, The Hotel is Two (2) Stories High and is NOT a Large Hotel. There is NO ELEVATOR in The Hotel. If You have difficulty Walking Up and Down Stairs then Definitely Request a room on the First Floor!! The Building itself is Older - as many of the Smaller Hotels/ Motels throughout America are - especially those which were at One Time Ma and Pa Owned. HOWEVER, The Individual Rooms are Clean and so are the Common Areas of Fairbridge Inn. Additionally, The Bathrooms are Clean and the Plumbing all...

"I have stayed here before and for a short stay it is good. This is not a resort but a place to sleep with no extra amenities. No luxury but a good buy considering other local options given its proximity to LEGOLAND which is literally 15 minutes away. Yes I will continue to return."
