"I'm 78 traveling with my smooth fox terrier. His first to a farm. When I spotted a peacock near the suite I knew we made the best choice. Slade was very interested in everything. Watched the animals feeding, tried to enter under the pasture fence to join donkey and horse and chased chickens! Trails were great. Near encounter with a porcupine. "Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways."

"The room was clean and tidy and the owners were friendly. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall stay. First, the room smelled like cats which could be because there were three cat carriers in the closet. Second, the electrical outlets seemed improperly installed and did not easily work with the various chargers we needed to charge. Third, the photo used to identify the site was taken in a part of the house that we as guests did not even have access to so it seemed...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip."
