"Muchas gra"

"Overall the rooms are great and has an outstanding view of the lake. Restaurant is outright terrible, food was bad and bland, they can't cook a simple steak and charges 100 pesos for a Nespresso coffee. What we ordered for dinner was not the plates we received as they were sold out of common ingredients but never informed us, but just cooked something. Some of the staff is great - other staff members are so busy with their phones they can't even say hello."

The restaurant food was good, and a special thanks to Megan on the morning shift — just friendly enough, and efficient at everything. We...
