    Welcome to our beautiful character courtyard flat with its own private front door. You’ll be greeted by the charm of the past, with original period features blended seamlessly with contemporary design. The space offers a spacious, stylish yet cosy and inviting atmosphere and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests.

    As you approach the apartment from the pavement outside, you can smell the sea air and even catch a glimpse of the sea — just a stone’s throw away. A few steps lead you down to the secluded, sheltered entrance and front door of the property.

    Upon entering at basement level, you step into a welcoming hallway that opens into the main living space.

    Master Bedroom
    A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, ample storage including a large mirrored wardrobe, one bedside table, a bedside lamp, a console table and an occasional chair.

    En-suite:
    The master bedroom benefits from a private en-suite bathroom, adding to the practical yet luxurious feel of the property.

    Family Bathroom
    A well-sized bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

    Open Living, Dining & Kitchen Area
    The lounge area is a cosy haven for relaxation or family entertainment. There is a large corner sofa, a feature fireplace, and plenty of space to unwind.

    In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. It can comfortably accommodate one adult or up to two children, allowing the property to sleep 5 guests in total.

    Courtyard Garden
    Patio (French) doors open from the lounge onto the private courtyard, filling the room with natural light. It’s a lovely space for reading, working, or enjoying a coffee when the weather permits.

    Please note: The courtyard/back garden is only accessible via the French doors in the lounge. There is no separate external access. The doors can be slightly stiff and require care when closing — full instructions are provided in the house manual to ensure they are shut properly and securely after use.

    A dining table that comfortably seats 5 guests.

    TV & Media
    The TV is a Smart TV. Please note you will need to log into your own streaming accounts, as no subscriptions are provided.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen features a breakfast bar opening onto the lounge, perfect for entertaining while cooking. It is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, glasses and crockery for 5 guests — everything you need to prepare meals or snacks.

    Cafetiere: We provide a cafetiere; please bring your own coffee to suit your taste.

    Bedroom 2
    Located at the back of the property off the kitchen, the second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a bedside table with two bedside lights, and a chest of drawers.

    Parking
    The best on-street parking is on Holland Road or in Zone O. It costs approximately £8.90 for 11 hours and is free overnight.

    Please Note
    We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other starter items include a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which should last a couple of days. If additional supplies are needed, there is a Food & Wine convenience store just a few minutes’ walk away.

    Access
    Access to the property is via external steps leading down to the front door. The courtyard garden is private and secluded, making this a very child-friendly and dog-friendly home.

    Guests have full use of the entire property with private entrance

    My property management team is available 24/7 via email or phone should you need anything during your stay. They’re on hand to help with check-in, questions about the home, or any unexpected issues.

    I work with Pass the Keys®, a trusted local property management team who look after the home to a hotel-quality standard. They ensure the property is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh linens, toiletries, and all essentials before each stay. Their local team personally inspects the home to ensure it meets their readiness standards, so you can expect a smooth and comfortable experience from the moment you arrive.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
