"I was on a tight schedule and when i arrived the front desk told me there would be a wait cause the room wasn't cleaned yet. They could have waived my valet parking or even just apologized. This would be the only thing i want happy with. The bartender was great and friendly "

"The property is very well maintained and the staff is very attentive. Great housekeeping staff and front of house staff. Close to public transportation and activities. Great place to stay! "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The cafe provided tasty and reasonably priced breakfast options. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I wish it was easier to get to the parking. All of the nearby levels were reserved for valet parking so I had to drive up and down 3 levels to get to the regular parking, as well as a take a separate elevator back down to the lobby. Overall, a great stay. "
