Luksushoteller i Houston

"We stayed for 2 nights on Halloween weekend. The hotel was great, good location, clean and well maintained. Oddly enough all Houston hotels charge parking and some even charge for WiFi. At least the WiFi was free and parking charge was reasonably priced."

"Nothing to comment will book again"

"Water was off when I checked in, okay. I got to my room to find paper trash on the carpet that hadn’t been vacuumed and gross stuff on the bathroom floor that wasn’t cleaned up. I tried breakfast of cold eggs. The room smelled horribly musty. I was there for a conference. The meetings were great - the hotel - not good."

"Good location and rooms are large & comfortable. Service has a lot of opportunities. Do not expect much from breakfast."

"If you’re looking for a place to stay for a quick trip, this hotel was perfect. The room was big and clean, the front desk staff and restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient and directly across the street from the mall, restaurants and also a Walgreens. I would stay here again."

"Efficient. Great location. staff quite pleasant."

"Friendly staff, clean, and great location."

"Very good"

"Dirty carpets and worn out furniture in public spaces.Inattentive evening dining room and bar staff, inconsistent housekeeping, lukewarm water….not up to it’s fairly high rating"

"Everything was great, the tv remote took some understanding but everything was a 10/10"
