Property is gated. This listing provides a 2 car attached garage (Ring camera located inside of garage). You have the option of entering the home thru the front door as well.

We as hosts prefer to maintain communication through the Airbnb messaging app for whenever needed, but feel free to call us as well for emergencies.

An inner city home near the Texas Medical Center with a quiet neighborhood feel. This gated community is conveniently located with easy access to the Houston Zoo, Hermann Park, Hermann Park PGA Golf Course, Miller Outdoor Theater, The Houston Museum District, NRG Stadium, and much, much more!

We`re located 1 mile and 5 minutes from MD Anderson Hospital and 2 miles and 6 minutes from Texas Woman`s Hospital, both of which are located in the Texas Medical Center (The largest medical center in the world).

We are less than a quarter mile away from Hermann Park (Golf Course).

Overnight stays: Your reservation is approved for the specific number of registered guests who may stay overnight. You may have extra visitors, but the total number of guests staying past 2 AM CST must not exceed the registered number.

Visitors: You may have up to 3 visitors. Visitors may stay in the house until 2 AM. After 2 AM, they are considered an overnight guest. If this incident occurs, your reservation will be updated immediately to reflect each additional visitor (up to 3 visitors) added to your existing guests, and your card on file will be billed accordingly.

Parties: Absolutely NO PARTIES. Any number of visitors during your stay that is over three visitors is considered a party and will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Local authorities may be contacted, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately, with no exceptions.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Fees: A $50 fee applies to approved early check-ins and/or late check-outs, due to the additional demand placed on our cleaning staff.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e‑cigarettes are ONLY allowed OUTSIDE on patio(s) and/or back yard deck, but NOT indoors NOR inside of the garage at any time and NOT within 10 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air intake vents. Violation of this rule will result in loss of your security deposit (if applicable), and an additional $500 fee will be charged for `de-smoking` the home.

Cameras: Please be aware that Ring doorbell/camera(s) is/are located at the front gate, front door, inside of the garage, and backyard areas. These camera devices actively record audio and video and are placed only on the exterior of the property.
