"We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for."

"The house was in a convenient and quiet location. This home has recently been renovated, so the kitchen and bathroom are updated. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Most things were cosmetic, but still off-putting. One bedroom door had windows, so there was no privacy. Another bedroom door could not be shut completely. The front door deadbolt needs replaced. "Couple of things we feel could be improved: hand towels and more bath towels and wash cloths. When on vacation don’t want to do laundry every day. Had to rewash some dirty dishes prior to using. Would be nice to have Kleenex. Was quiet as advertised. Overall enjoyed our stay! Could not figure out how to get soap out of dispenser on kitchen sink."
