"The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back."

"This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one."

"Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

"Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). What a nice start for our trip! Upon arrival, we were able to stow our luggage and take off to tour. When we returned, we had our check in code and easily access to the unit. The unit is immaculately kept, very clean throughout, quality linens, nicely furnished. It was a loft apartment with beautiful...

"Lovely cute apartment, perfect for couples or a family/friends of 3/4 max. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants. Location was perfect, close to metro station and close enough to walk to some major attractions, if youre wanting to get your steps in! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay for a mini break!"
