"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."

"I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in the town is perfect, and the view from the rooftop pool is fabulous. Next time I am on San Andres, I am definitely staying at Nattivo again."

"Great location, just couple of blocks from the beach. We got a room on the first floor and it was very small. Water will come out of the shower, so take quick showers. Staff is very friendly and they kept our bags in the locker at no cost. Area is safe!"

"Very slow checking process it tells very clean but it is on a very noisy street a lot of traffic and street noise. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The food was so so online. It looks like they have a Jacuzzi but it’s just a cold pool with jets this hotel has a great rooftop, however they do not serve alcohol at this property it would be nice to have a glass of wine or a beer while sitting on the rooftop it is a very good value, good location and very clean"

"Wisiting San Andres with boyfriend and dad for a two nights stay.
Really nice centrally located hotel on San Andres…walking distance to shopping and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bed is nice. Nothing pretentious but it has what you need.
Service was in top, really kind and helpful receptionists, helping with recommendations on activities and restaurants. Especially Sara gave an excellent service. Waiters in the restaurant were really nice, smiling and with nice personalities.

"Beautiful apartment- very spacious! The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. 10 minutes walk to the beach- you can see the airport on your walk which was super cool for our kids and we saw airplanes taking off and landing. Super fun! The beds were comfortable- all was clean and nice. Rent a buggy and drive around the island and explore. The best thing you can do."

"El hotel estaba limpio, la recepcion y las habitaciones limpias. Que no me gustó? Falta una estacion de agua y café en la recepcion, también el agua de la piscina estaba turbia y finalmente, los ban̈os de las habitaciones no tenian tohalla de mano.

"Det første værelse vi var på, var sengetøjet meget tydeligt ikke blevet skiftet, og selve værelset var meget ulækkert og var ikke blevet gjort ordenligt rent i meget lang tid. Vi fik et nyt værelse, som var en smule bedre, men dagen efter skulle vi skifte igen, til er værelse som var næsten ligeså slemt som det første. Håndklæderne bliver heller ikke skiftet, vi fik et med mascara-pletter på (som vi ikke selv bruger) men som går meget nemt af i vask. Derudover snakker intet af personalet...
