"Worst hotel experience ever!!! They do not have a clue as to what 5 star service requires. Got locked out of my room and missed important meetings. Hotel management was arrogant and no compensation was given - other than a complimentary night “next time”. Well, there won’t be a next time for me in this hotel!"

"Værelset var stort, rent, pænt, og lå 10 meter fra stranden. Personalet var imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme. Det er tydeligt at der tilstræbes et højt service niveau, men desværre var der tidspunkter hvor det ikke levede helt op til forventningerne. Fx. Blev morgenmadsbestillingen forsinket/glemt 3 ud af 4 morgener, og det kunne være lidt svært at få betjening ved stranden.
Samlet set dog, var det et super lækkert og hyggeligt hotel. Selvom det lå lidt udenfor byen, var det nemt at komme...

"Fantastic stay, unfortunately only for 1 day. The staff really know what customer service and hospitality is and the place is pure luxury. The bed was one of the comfiest ones I’ve ever slept in. The rooftop pool is ideal to top up your tan and relax if you can bear the heat!"

Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery offers a perfect location, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff. The service was top-notch, and the overall experience was very positive.
However, the only downside was the breakfast, which was quite poor and did not meet expectations. Improving the breakfast selection and quality would make this hotel truly exceptional.
Despite this, I would still recommend it for its great location and excellent hospitality."
