"Everything about this property was great: location, view, amenities and the communication with the rental company was absolutely great! My one and only complaint were the ants! They were everywhere! "The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. The steps up to the condo are not easy but well worth it. The patio is sort of shared and we didn't see anyone else on it until the morning we were leaving. "We came for a long weekend of relaxation. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Dining table. Grill. Shared balcony. Ocean views from bedroom and den. The sunrises were spectacular! There are steps down from the street to get to the unit. Carrying heavy luggage could be problematic. The golf cart was a plus for getting down the hill into town, though we did walk it a few times. Lots to do on the island. My favorite was the falconry!"
