"It was loud all night with people playing music, being loud, and someone trying to get into my room. There was no waste basket to be found in my room. The shower was nice and the bed was OK."

"Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)"

"The property was under construction while I was there. The staff was professional and nice. I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor.
