"The room was dirty. I ended up staying at the Baymont but that was not much better. The window would not shut all the way and the wind was blowing in making the room cold. I had to turn the heat up to 84 to keep warm. There wasn’t a remote for the television and when I called the front desk and told them they told me they didn’t have any.
I will never stay here again. "

"It was a pleasure to stay. Excellent afternoon and morning staff. Cheers for Kyle and Cassie. Friendly and professional.
We had an early flight so we spent the night at the BW. I’ve never been disappointed with this chain anywhere in the world.
Convenient eating places you can walk to. 24 hour Seattle coffee choices. There is a clean workout room.
All around great stay!"
