"Jayden, Megan and Shawn were friendly and helpful and kind. The hotel is very very old but beautiful and the beds clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the water so you fall asleep to water lapping at the walls. The hotel is also super convenient as it is right next to the main shopping street. Highly recommend"

"It was our first time in Shetland and from the day we arrived the staff could not have done anything more for us they went over and above to help us with places to go things to see .
