"Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back!"

"As a family we always camp on Labor Day weekend but this Labor Day was supposed to be cold and rainy so we decided to do a v b r o and did we hit the jackpot. It was so perfect for our shut-in large family. The game room was great and there were many toys for the kids. We also did the hot springs and went to Grand Lake for miniature golf and a hike. The only thing I would like to draw your attention to is the knob on the stove does not sit right and it looks like it's on. As people in our group...

"This condo was very conveniently locate close to the main and auxiliary bus lines with adequate parking and amenities. The only issue was with many cracked and chipped dishes (notified manager and being replaced, I think) and dirty cookware that was easily cleaned. I assume the manager will address with the cleaning crew. Elevator was out of service, but only one flight up. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities. A great, memorable trip for the family. "
