"An older property that achieves above their rating level.
Small breakfast area but run very well. Limited selection, but again, clean, hot food was hot, nothing ever ran out.
Rooms are not fancy, but clean, and well made.
Nice, helpful staff.
Could use a bit of landscaping.
Overall, exceeded expectations.
I would stay here again."

"We were very impressed that the property is currently undergoing renovation. The third floor we stayed on was completely remodeled. A minor criticism concerned the shower pressure. Although the shower head appeared to be brand new, it did not deliver a stronger water pressure. Also, the toilet tissue seemed to fall apart when wet. Other than that, no suggestions for improvement. "

"This is my second day at this bed-and-breakfast. It is close to Westminster campus and they allow my son to join me for breakfast for free. The staff is always friendly and the place is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent."

"Chapel Valley Estates B&B exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful home, grounds, rooms and facilities. Owners Pat and Tom were tremendous, friendly, helpful and just fun to be with. Breakfast was excellent! Will definitely go back!"
