"The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well...

"The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to downtown and the river. Pastries, juice, milk, cereal and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice treat. The sheets on the bed were dreamy! Communication with Ambre, the host was excellent! If you’re looking for the perfect little place in Llano, this is the one!"

"Wow! Gorgeous home. Reminded me of my grandma's house. All the comforts of home; cozy. Relatively quiet for being close to 290. Perfect getaway with the hubby. Hiked Pedernales Falls, enjoyed a hotdog from Fat Boy burgers, went back to the house and listened to music on the turntable. PERFECT!!"

The house is fantastic, very modern and clean, remote but not far from town and attractions. Very peaceful and inviting. Every detail is well thought out. "Property was great. Private and very quiet. Didn’t realize how nice quiet could be. We even heard the coyotes howling. Fire pit area may need some attention. Love that we could take the whole family with us (our pup). It was well furnished didn’t need to bring anything but our dog essentials. Host was very communicative, when we couldn’t get in. Great view, great location!! "

"We were alittle skeptical at first of the water front.. but knew it has been very common because of drought that water levels have been low.. but it was plenty deep for my kiddos to play and swim. The cottage was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and cold when we arrived. The kids enjoyed playing the games outside and I enjoyed sitting outside at night and watching the deer that made their way to the water… we caught fish and swam. One tip I can offer is to bring water shoes and folding...
